What is the process for finding employees through Diversified Employment Solutions?
Our employment and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Our recruiting staff will get the details of the position from you in order to send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.
We will utilize our internal database, which has well over 135,000 candidates. That’s just a start…we use referrals, networking and job fairs. Of course, we hit the job boards, but we also do more extensive searching to target both active and passive candidates.
How long will it take to have an employee in our company?
The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on the position. In many cases, we have already personally screened and interviewed someone. In other cases, we may have to start the recruiting process from the start and timing will depend on many factors. We will keep the dialog open so you will know how we are doing during the process. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants.
What kind of jobs do you fill?
Diversified Employment Services is a full-service staffing company, and we handle positions in several different fields, but our specialty is light industrial, skilled trades and manufacturing related roles. We also have decades of experience in clerical and professional placements as well. By having a broad base of applicants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas of your business.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
That is up to you to decide. We have some clients that request a drug screen, driving record screen or criminal background check. We can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you may have for background or security checks. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee, or you may decide to do them yourself.
How much will it cost my company?
The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including volume, type of position and how exclusive you want us to be. We are committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.
Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?
Good question. As you may know, the market is tight and time is limited. It is not always efficient to search for candidates on your own. We have numerous networks and resources readily available to help you find quality candidates, promptly, that will fit your needs.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Diversified Employment Services?
We realize not every candidate we place will be a fit. In some cases, that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.
