Mike Sidor- President & Owner
Mike Sidor is the President and Owner of Diversified Employment Services, where he leads the company’s vision, strategy, and continued growth. With more than 15 years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, sales, operations, and business development, Mike has built a reputation for helping businesses solve complex workforce challenges while delivering exceptional service to both clients and job seekers.
After joining DES in 2017, Mike quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth and success before acquiring the business in 2023; turning years of leadership, dedication, and commitment into ownership. Since then, he has focused on building a stronger, more innovative organization positioned for long-term growth.
Today, Mike oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, finance, and business development. Under his leadership, DES continues to expand its contract staffing, skilled trades, and direct hire services while investing in technology, process improvement, and long-term client partnerships.
Before joining DES, Mike held leadership positions with nationally recognized staffing organizations, where he managed recruitment operations, developed new markets, and built lasting client relationships. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering workforce solutions that create measurable business results.
Mike’s vision is to build a workforce solutions company that goes beyond traditional staffing by combining contract staffing, direct hire, workforce consulting, and technology-driven solutions that help clients build stronger organizations and achieve long-term success.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing and remains passionate about helping employers build high-performing teams while creating meaningful career opportunities throughout Michigan and beyond.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, being outdoors and classic cars. He believes the same values that build strong families; trust, accountability, and commitment also build strong businesses.

Beth Piotrowski – Corporate Resource Director
Beth Piotrowski has been an integral part of Diversified Employment Services since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of dedication, leadership, and operational expertise to the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has played a vital role in the company’s growth, helping build the strong administrative foundation that supports DES’s employees, clients, and continued success.
After joining the company as an assistant to the Corporate Resource Manager, Beth’s commitment, work ethic, and attention to detail quickly earned her increasing responsibilities. In 2000, she was promoted to Corporate Resource Director, where she now leads the company’s payroll, benefits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative operations while overseeing a dedicated support team.
Before joining DES, Beth spent eight years in retail merchandising, developing exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills that continue to influence her people-first approach. Her ability to manage complex financial and administrative processes while maintaining outstanding service has made her an invaluable resource for both employees and clients.
Beth attended Ferris State University, where she met her husband. They have been happily married since 1983 and are proud parents of three children and grandparents to two granddaughters.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, working in her yard, decorating her home, and making memories with her grandchildren and dogs.
Matthew Otto- Market Sales Manager
Matthew Otto joined Diversified Employment Services in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of staffing industry experience. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in recruiting, operations, sales, and client relationship management, earning a reputation for building long-term partnerships and delivering workforce solutions that create lasting value.
Prior to joining DES, Matthew spent more than two decades with a nationally recognized staffing organization, successfully navigating multiple mergers while advancing from Recruiter to Branch Manager and Regional Manager. His broad industry experience and passion for helping businesses solve workforce challenges ultimately led him to focus on business development, where he discovered his true passion for building new relationships and growing strategic partnerships.
As Market Manager, Matthew leads business development efforts while working closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver customized staffing solutions. He is known for his hands-on approach, having conducted more than 1,000 client safety tours throughout his career and maintaining regular communication with both clients and associates to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
Matthew believes that exceptional customer service begins with genuine relationships. Whether supporting a new client, mentoring a team member, or checking in with associates on their first day, his focus is always on helping people succeed.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his two sons, staying active through fitness and walking, following the financial markets, and spending time outdoors.
Luma Oraha- Senior Branch Manager
Luma joined Diversified Employment Services in 2022 as Senior Branch Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and workforce management, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities while helping employers develop reliable, high-performing workforces.
In addition to her extensive staffing experience, Luma successfully owned and operated her own business for seven years, where she led a team of nine employees. That experience provided valuable insight into business operations, leadership, and customer service, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges employers face and strengthening her ability to deliver practical workforce solutions.
As Senior Branch Manager, Luma oversees recruiting operations, client relationships, and branch performance while mentoring her team and ensuring exceptional service for both clients and associates. Her leadership is built on communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed.
Luma believes that successful staffing is about more than filling positions, it’s about building lasting relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and creating opportunities that benefit both employers and job seekers.
Outside of work, Luma enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, exploring different cultures, interior decorating, and making memories with family and friends.
