I am writing in regard to my experience with Marianne Napp and d. Diversified Services. Marianne recently helped me obtain a new position as a Product Engineer in Novi, Michigan. Initially, Marianne contacted me when she found my resume online that I had submitted and told me she was working on trying to find the right candidates for a few different positions that she was working on.
Marianne first asked me a few questions in regard to what I was looking for in a position and which industry I would like to work in. I informed her I was looking to get into the automotive industry as a Mechanical Engineer, hopefully specifically working with thermal fluid systems. Marianne then told me she had a client in the automotive industry that was looking for a Mechanical Engineer who had a strong background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. She seemed to have found exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she make sure I was a good fit for them, but she found the right position for me.
One thing I really wanted was to continue in the area I had chosen to study, working on something that truly interested me and not just for the sake of finding a job, and Marianne found that for me. She even let me know there were other opportunities that I could consider, but truly I felt like she found the right position for me.
Marianne always kept me informed and up to date at every step and was extremely helpful and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. Marianne made the job searching process a pleasant experience and found me the perfect fit. I would like to say Marianne is great at what she does and she achieved more then I was hoping for. I would recommend her to anyone.
